Md Huzaifa Arshad

Founder

A post-graduate in Applied Psychology, Huzaifa also holds valuable professional experience in human resource management, career counselling, training, psychometrics and data analytics. Previously, he contributed in a professional capacity to well-known organizations such as Aashayein (Former Head- Delhi Unit), Kotak Mahindra and Taxmann Education.

Having sailed the waters of both the academic and professional worlds, at CD360, Huzaifa currently utilizes his experience and expertise in designing programs to help students streamline their interests and bring them out of a state of confusion.

AARUSHI NARANG

Career Mentor & Co Founder

Aarushi Narang has done her post-graduation in Applied Psychology (specialisation in Clinical Psychology) from the prestigious Jamia Milia Islamia Institute. She completed her graduation in psychology from Mata Sundri College of Delhi University. She is a devoted academic and has gained valuable experience in crucial areas such as learning disability, clinical psychology, psychometrics, counselling (including career counselling), sexuality education and research.

Inter-personal communication is one of her key strengths and her vision is to make society a place for positive growth and development. At CD360, she mentors students with love and focus, catering to each one's educational needs in accordance with their unique attributes.

Shruti Sharma

Career Mentor

Shruti is a post-graduate in psychology from the coveted Jamia Milia Islamia Institute. She holds expertise in guidance and counselling and international relations & world affairs. She is a research aficionado and an intellectually-driven individual. She believes that every day is an opportunity for growth and indulges in activities such as experiential travel.

Her ultimate goal is to grow as a humanitarian and at CD360, she wants to reach out to as many students as she can to help them find themselves and define their path.

Shikha Golcha

Chief Psychometric Officer

A merit holder, UGC- NET qualifier and college topper during her graduation, Shikha is currently pursuing her Ph.D from University of Delhi- one of the most prestigious institutions in the country. As an academic, she has spent time in gaining valuable experience in the fields of clinical psychology and psychometrics. She has also supplemented her experience with journal publications (Delhi Psychiatry), module writing, volunteer work at NGOs (viz. Sparsh and Udyaan) and conference presentations (3rd International Conference on Psychology and Allied Sciences, India Career Development Association, Annual convention of National Academy of Psychology 2016).

Additionally, she gained essential skills while working as a research analyst at Taxmann Education and wrote a chapter on career development for their e-pathshala project.

At CD360, she is continuing her dedicated efforts in the education sector and is using her experience and skills to help young students.

Taiyaba Rashid

Industry Expert (Architect)

Architect Taiyaba Rashid received the B.Arch degree from Jamia Millia Islamia in 2016 and is currently pursuing M.Ekistics degree from the same institute.

At a very young age, she has begun to achieve milestones such as getting her research

papers published at reputed platforms. She is a passionate academic and channelizes her energies in guiding others towards their dreams.

Zakia Rashid

Career Mentor

Zakia takes keen interest in understanding educational psychology for the goal of bridging gaps between learners and educators to overcome the challenges of the contemporary education system. She holds a degree in history from the reputed Jamia Millia Islamia and is currently pursuing a degree in education from GGSIP University.

Zakia is a voracious reader and never shies away from putting forth her intelligent opinions- a skill that many students learn and benefit from at CD360.

A new age professional, Vanita believes that one can be successful at the workplace and yet remain close to society. A Company Secretary by profession, she has experience of almost a decade, spanning across various industries and verticals. Currently, she is working for a micro finance Institution.

As one of our mentors, she uses her experience in the professional world to understand each student’s inclinations and suggest suitable ad innovative options.

Keerti Arora

Creative Head

Keerti is a post-graduate in English Literature from Delhi University. Over the years, she has worked in the publishing and education industries. She enjoys writing and putting her ideas to creative use in helping those around her.

At CD360, she helps students with a creative bent of mind brainstorm their potential niches. She loves interacting with young minds and sincerely mentors them to choose their best-fitting options.

Safia Zaki

Educator

A graduate in economics from Shri sikshayatan college_kolkata, Safi has been teaching economics and mathematics to school and college students. She has not just been a teacher, but is also the founder of her own coaching venture.

At CD360, Students love her because she makes it her mission to make each and every individual understand the material, regardless of their skill level. She channelized her efforts in this direction by meticulously creating material which would be interesting and easy to understand by all. In her free time, she does volunteer work for NGOs.
